TriBalance Hot Yoga

TriBalance Hot Yoga is the core of our practice: let it be the core of yours. YOU WILL SWEAT. YOU WILL STRUGGLE. YOU WILL RELAX. It's a unique, challenging yoga practice that heals, balances and exhilarates the body while also calming the mind and reducing stress. It's a cardiovascular workout that systematically strengthens and tones the muscles, builds core strength, and increases flexibility. It's a powerful combination of traditional and therapuetic yoga to help you uncover the mind-body connection through breath, allowing you to let go and become one with your inner self.

Explore yoga through universal alignment principles while living with a mobility restriction due to paralysis, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, cerebral palsy, head injury, amputation, or arthritis. This class is open and accessible to people in wheelchairs or with other assistive devices. Experience yoga poses adapted to your ability to ignite mind-body awareness, Develop a regular practice to receive documented benefits; increased strength, balance, flexibility, as well as improved ability to manage stress. Caregivers, family members, and friends are encouraged to attend class to learn to assist and practice together. Come and connect with others and develop your yoga practice!

Fit Hit Boxing

Fit Hit Boxing is a FULL-BODY CONDITIONING CLASS that COMBINES CARDIO, STRESS RELIEF, PHYSICAL STRENGTH and MENTAL TOUGHNESS. You’ll explore all the punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, and more), combinations, and a little self-defense in each explosive workout class. Boxing conditioning is an excellent way to build upper body strength, and the speed and balance make a powerful leg workout as well. This is an ideal workout for athletes, especially those who want more speed in their hands and feet. It is also ideal for yogis who are looking to ignite the fire within.

Ashtanga Mysore Yoga

All Levels | No Heat

The Mysore Style of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is named after the city in India where the late Sri K. Pahttabhi Jois started this style of asana. New students begin the practice by learning the sun salutations and a few of the initial standing postures. As you begin to integrate the sequence into your memory and feel a sense of ease in the postures, we add additional poses. All students begin with the primary series, “yoga chikitsa,” which means yoga therapy. This practice heals and strengthens the body, preparing it for a deeper physical and meditative practice. Because the MYSORE STYLE IS TAUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUALISTIC MANNER, adjustments and modifications will help you progress in the safest and most appropriate way.

Beginners Yoga

Experience the difference between doing the pose and becoming the pose. Our Beginners class covers different themes every week, delving deep into the asanas. In this class you will work on IMPROVING YOUR ALIGNMENT, BALANCE, STRENGTH and MIND. We will explore philosophy, pranayama, and meditation in every session to strengthen your practice from the ground up— because a strong foundation is essential for a strong practice. New and experienced students alike become more confident and relaxed.

If you've ever considered getting in the ring, here's your chance. Introducing BOXING 101 to TriBalance! Everyone is welcome to come learn how to take a proper stance and throw a punch with technique. This class is designed for everyone of all ages. Take the time to invest in yourself by not only learning how to defend yourself in the proper way, but to have fun and break a sweat while doing it.

Cardio Kickboxing

All Levels | No Heat

Cardio Kickboxing is a combination of intense kickboxing and conditioning movements perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Cardio Kickboxing requires no previous kickboxing experience.

Core Conditioning

All Levels | Light Heat

The planets move around the sun as the body moves around its core. True strength starts from the core out. This class presents the asana practice of yoga with a foundation of abdominal awesomeness. Core Conditioning is about building a firm, functional mid-body to aid with low back pains and full body strength gains. This class is lightly heated and heavily active so bring a lot of water, a towel and a strong sense of determination!

Total Body Barre

All Levels | No Heat

Total Body Barre is a fun, high energy, dance inspired full body workout that will tone and sculpt your legs, bottom, arms and abs! Using the ballet barre as well as mat exercises, each muscle group will be worked through targeted movements followed by deep stretching. No dance experience required and open to all levels.

Total Fit Barre

Total Fit Barre is not your average Barre class. This class is full of energy and combines total body movements to sculpt and tone your legs, bottom, arms and abs. You will enhance the shape of your body by utilizing the ballet barre, fitness bands, stability balls and light weights. Open to all levels and bring your mat!

New to our class schedule: Karma Class. These classes will be free to everyone and taught by new teachers donating their time. This is a non-heated class and all levels are welcome. Cardio and Core, the true foundation of a lean, strong and athletic body. This class presents a high paced conditioning workout using kickboxing function and fundamentals paired with strong cardio and plyometric movements. Learn the punches, elbows, knees and kicks that will strengthen your kickboxing abilities and shape your body into fighting form!

Kids Yoga

Kids age 5-12 | No Heat

Kid Yoga is a dynamic class where children learn yoga poses in a fun and positive environment. In 60 minutes, kids will experience everything from dynamic yoga poses, play fun games as well as learn to breath, relax and find stillness. These classes are drop off, but parents are welcome to stay if they want to check it out. The class is at the same time as our TriBalance Hot Yoga class so parents can take their own class just a room away.

Level Two Yoga

TriBalance Level Two Yoga builds from the core of our practice and takes it up a level. This non-heated class will still make you sweat and challenge your body, your mind, and lift your spirit. This unique and creative yoga practice introduces new poses that are not taught in hot yoga. We will explore alignment, inversions, arm balances, and twists that will surprise and empower you in many ways. We will also take familiar poses and enhance their depth and power. Take your practice up a level; build strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence. Introduce yourself to a creative and transformational practice that will allow you to laugh, celebrate, and create a deeper connection with yourself.

Mindful Flow

All Levels | Moderate Heat + Humidity

This class is a Vinyasa yoga class suitable for students looking for a more “tranquil” Hot Yoga practice. The class is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of specific postures (asanas) or transitions (vinyasas). A few core concepts are introduced at the beginning of the class and then built into the subsequent flow. Postures are broken down using thorough instruction, props (i.e; blocks, straps… if needed), alignment tips and modifications.

Prenatal Yoga

Relieve your aching back muscles, soothe the stress of hormonal shifts, and treat your body like the temple it truly is for the new life within you. Prepare for your baby's birth with a community of mothers-to-be. Explore and connect to your body and your baby as we move through GENTLE YOGA POSTURES and BREATHING EXERCISES DESIGNED TO NOURISH STRENGTH AND SOFTNESS. Release Yoga is a gentle flow yoga for all levels of practioners. It incorporates postures that STIMULATE THE METABOLISM AND THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. The class acknowledges that excessive weight often stems from emotional stress and offers a practice based on awareness, ownership and kindness that will help take the peace experienced on the mat into the world to more effectively manage your emotions and your weight. The class is not only for physical weightloss but also the emotional and mental weight that is carried. Release Yoga also offers weekly inspirations that can be taken off the mat to accelerate the path to a more centered self.

Rush Hour

Rush Hour is a HIGH INTENSITY, HIGH ENERGY, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FOCUSED CLASS. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility in this class designed to challenge you to your body and mind.

Bodyweight exercises, bands, suspension trainers and more, are used to help lose fat and build muscle. Modifications due to fitness level, physical challenges and prior injuries are provided to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone. This is a great class for weight loss.

Yin Flow

Yin Flow is a complete practice combining slow mindful vinyasa (breath synchronized movement) with the gentle opening of yin postures...vinyasa targets muscle to lengthen and strengthen the body while yin tagets connective tissue (ligaments, tendons) to increase flexibility and mobility of the joints...slow mindful movement combined with focased breathing leaves the body feeling refreshed and the mind calm...could not ask for a better way to start your day.

Yin Yoga

All Levels | Moderate Heat + Humidity

Yin Yoga combines the traditional seated yogic postures with Chinese Taoist qi theory, BALANCING ENERGY FLOW THROUGH CHAKRAS AND MERIDIANS. This class will focus on long holds in a relaxed state to gently traction the bones of the legs, hips, and spine. Long holds of floor postures with relaxed muscles will restore elasticity to your fascia, ligaments, and tendons, restoring your joints to optimum health. This is particularly helpful for athletes, because most people don’t leave sports for muscle injury, but for joint or tendon reasons. Yin Yoga balances a lifestyle of vigorous movement with stillness, calming your nervous system. It is also beneficial for those who work at a desk, as Yin Yoga helps you sit comfortably for longer periods of time. You will be able to focus your awareness to areas that are out of balance, focusing and condensing qi and prana for healing.

Warrior Sculpt

Yoga is about balance, strength and flexibility. Yoga Sculpt adds just a little extra to the strength component in that mix. This class is designed to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your body. Light free weights are used to create resistance and add a little intensity to each pose.
