TriBalance Hot Yoga

TriBalance Hot Yoga is the core of our practice: let it be the core of yours. YOU WILL SWEAT. YOU WILL STRUGGLE. YOU WILL RELAX. It's a unique, challenging yoga practice that heals, balances and exhilarates the body while also calming the mind and reducing stress. It's a cardiovascular workout that systematically strengthens and tones the muscles, builds core strength, and increases flexibility. It's a powerful combination of traditional and therapuetic yoga to help you uncover the mind-body connection through breath, allowing you to let go and become one with your inner self.

This class is open and accessible to people in wheelchairs or with other assistive devices. Experience yoga poses adapted to your ability to ignite mind-body awareness, Develop a regular practice to receive documented benefits; increased strength, balance, flexibility, as well as improved ability to manage stress. Caregivers, family members, and friends are encouraged to attend class to learn to assist and practice together. Come and connect with others and develop your yoga practice!

Fit Hit Boxing

Fit Hit Boxing is a FULL-BODY CONDITIONING CLASS that COMBINES CARDIO, STRESS RELIEF, PHYSICAL STRENGTH and MENTAL TOUGHNESS. You’ll explore all the punches (jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, and more), combinations, and a little self-defense in each explosive workout class. Boxing conditioning is an excellent way to build upper body strength, and the speed and balance make a powerful leg workout as well. This is an ideal workout for athletes, especially those who want more speed in their hands and feet. It is also ideal for yogis who are looking to ignite the fire within.

Ashtanga Mysore Yoga

The Mysore Style of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is named after the city in India where the late Sri K. Pahttabhi Jois started this style of asana. New students begin the practice by learning the sun salutations and a few of the initial standing postures. As you begin to integrate the sequence into your memory and feel a sense of ease in the postures, we add additional poses. All students begin with the primary series, “yoga chikitsa,” which means yoga therapy. This practice heals and strengthens the body, preparing it for a deeper physical and meditative practice. Because the MYSORE STYLE IS TAUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUALISTIC MANNER, adjustments and modifications will help you progress in the safest and most appropriate way.

Beginners Yoga

This class is wonderful for people new to yoga or those looking to come back to the basics and practice! The beginner yoga class focuses on practicing with correct alignment and proper breathing. This class flows at a slower pace allowing students to observe demos, become familiar with props and learn the anatomical benefits of the poses. This class is focused on learning, having fun with the practice and building a strong and caring community.

Boxing 101

If you've ever considered getting in the ring, here's your chance. Introducing BOXING 101 to TriBalance! Everyone is welcome to come learn how to take a proper stance and throw a punch with technique. This class is designed for everyone of all ages. Take the time to invest in yourself by not only learning how to defend yourself in the proper way, but to have fun and break a sweat while doing it.

Total Body Barre

Total Body Barre is a fun, high energy, dance inspired full body workout that will tone and sculpt your legs, bottom, arms and abs! Using the ballet barre as well as mat exercises, each muscle group will be worked through targeted movements followed by deep stretching. No dance experience required and open to all levels.

New to our class schedule: Karma Class. These classes will be free to everyone and taught by new teachers donating their time. This is a non-heated class and all levels are welcome. Kids Yoga

Kids age 5-12 | No Heat

Kid Yoga is a dynamic class where children learn yoga poses in a fun and positive environment. In 60 minutes, kids will experience everything from dynamic yoga poses, play fun games as well as learn to breath, relax and find stillness. These classes are drop off, but parents are welcome to stay if they want to check it out. The class is at the same time as our TriBalance Hot Yoga class so parents can take their own class just a room away.

Rush Hour

Rush Hour is a HIGH INTENSITY, HIGH ENERGY, STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FOCUSED CLASS. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility in this class designed to challenge you to your body and mind.

Bodyweight exercises, bands, suspension trainers and more, are used to help lose fat and build muscle. Modifications due to fitness level, physical challenges and prior injuries are provided to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone. This is a great class for weight loss.

Yin Flow

Yin Flow is a complete practice combining slow mindful vinyasa (breath synchronized movement) with the gentle opening of yin postures...vinyasa targets muscle to lengthen and strengthen the body while yin targets connective tissue (ligaments, tendons) to increase flexibility and mobility of the joints...slow mindful movement combined with focused breathing leaves the body feeling refreshed and the mind calm...could not ask for a better way to start your day.

Yin Yoga

All Levels | No Heat

Yin Yoga combines the traditional seated yogic postures with Chinese Taoist qi theory, BALANCING ENERGY FLOW THROUGH CHAKRAS AND MERIDIANS. This class will focus on long holds in a relaxed state to gently traction the bones of the legs, hips, and spine. Long holds of floor postures with relaxed muscles will restore elasticity to your fascia, ligaments, and tendons, restoring your joints to optimum health. This is particularly helpful for athletes, because most people don’t leave sports for muscle injury, but for joint or tendon reasons. Yin Yoga balances a lifestyle of vigorous movement with stillness, calming your nervous system. It is also beneficial for those who work at a desk, as Yin Yoga helps you sit comfortably for longer periods of time. You will be able to focus your awareness to areas that are out of balance, focusing and condensing qi and prana for healing.

Wall Rope Yoga

This class aims to provide students with the fundamentals and methodology of proper alignment, posture modifications, correct breathing, prop usage and wall ropes. The goal for this class is to give beginners and experienced students creative ways to explore each pose with a greater understanding of intelligent alignment and the benefits each pose holds.

* This class includes supported, moderate inversions. If inversions are not suitable for your practice feel free to let the teacher know so they may give you appropriate variations to suit your continuing practice.
