A Journey To Heal Trauma Through Yoga
Join Jennifer, MA, 200 RYT, for a workshop on trauma-sensitive yoga. In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will discover what trauma is, the effects it has on your mind and body, and how trauma plays a role in our daily lives.
We will look at how yoga and meditation can aid in processing our trauma and how a trauma-sensitive yoga class can help facilitate the healing process.
The time will include breath work, asana, meditation and journaling.
Sunday, October 18, 2020. 1 pm- 3:30 pm. Please bring a mat, journal and something to write with.
