Arm balances and inversions teach us courage, strength, and poise; among many other things. Create a sense of lightness in space as you learn how to control your body through different angles and positions.
This workshop will guide you through preparatory poses and drills. We will dive into asanas like crow, side crow, Eka Pada Koundinyasana, forearm stand, etc. Discover that you do not have to rely on pure strength for these postures. Find integrity in alignment, balance, and preparation. Learn the mechanics and natural buoyancy of your own body.
