Alignment is a key foundation to the practice of yoga. This workshop is a general introduction to key concepts of alignment in yoga. We will be going over how to properly align your body and how to get the most benefit from the basic traditional poses found in our yoga practice.

This workshop is great for Beginners to advanced students and yoga instructors who want to learn how practice or teach yoga safely and efficiently & to get the most out of their yoga practice.
