We will start with a simple blessing meditation and walk silently around the beautiful lake. We can share hugs and talk with each other at the end of the walk. Whether it’s walking on a trail, meandering through a wooded area, or standing in front of a tree, we can find wisdom and joy in nature when we allow ourselves to quiet the mind and fully immerse in the present moment.
