Our kids yoga classes include work with basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. We have fun, encourage confidence, build self-esteem, and teach relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
Using yoga asanas and sequences, We will also incorporate breath work, music, journaling, team work and of course… FUN! Individuals will also learn the importance of sharing kindness and compassion with themselves as well as each other.
