Kids Conditioning 6 week program

May 2 @ 4:30 pm - June 13 @ 5:45 pm $120
In this 6 week course your child will master many of the common strength and conditioning drills employed in youth athletics. Your child will be challenged but not at the expense of proper form. You won’t see any sagging planks or knocked knees in these classes! Appropriate progressions and guided modifications will be given for each child’s level of understanding and ability. Our goal is to build a foundation of healthy movement that will carry over to the sports and physical activities that your child may participate in throughout his or her life. We will be working toward this goal as a team in a safe, respectful, and accepting environment.

WARNING! Side effects of this class may include but are not limited to: feeling stronger, moving faster, having fun, building friendships, and increasing confidence.

Program is for Kids ages 7-11

Coached by our very own Dr. Kent

Class meets Mondays 430-545pm from May 2 through June 13th  (no class on Memorial Day May 30th)
