Sound Healing Meditation 

Join Haley and Shawn on March 5th, 2022. This night will be centered around a healing experience through sounds and vibrations. Enjoy this immersive blend of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls.

While enjoying the bowls and gongs vibration with Shawn, Haley will guide you on a journey to shift your mindset and help diminish any mental blocks along with individualized reiki! This month, anything can be possible! It is a good time to slow down so that you can decide what you want to do and proceed at your own comfortable pace. 

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring yoga mats, pillows, and/or blankets – and be ready for a transformational journey. 

Pro tip **folding a towel as your pillow will not interfere with the sound as much as a traditional fluffy pillow that can absorb and dampen your sound experience**
