Wall Rope Yoga 4/11-5/16
6 week series
The benefits of using wall rope system include, improved alignment, assisting the body to open further than in a regular practice, assist to release tension from joints and help to decompress spine with gravity through inversion.
Each week will have a focused sequence using a Wall ropes and other props.
It will have some hatha yoga flow and fun too.
All levels welcome
