Winter Restore and Reset

If you’ve heard your friends tell you that yoga is relaxing, this is the kind of yoga they were talking about! Winter is beautiful but sometimes can feel long and draining too. You need to balance yourself out with time to reset and restore. This workshop offers a combination of different restorative yoga poses that will help regulate your nervous system, release stress and tension from your body and your mind, and help to boost your immune system and bring your body into a state of balance and bliss.
Come for a whole lot of relaxing and recovering as Joy guides your body through some of the most rejuvenating and supported restorative poses. You’ll be intelligently and systematically guided to rest in peaceful alignment and leave feeling totally restored and refreshed.
All levels are welcome. Dress comfy, bring your mat and a pair of your favorite warm (maybe fuzzy) socks, and get ready to snuggle up and settle in!
