Write It Out – Journaling, Poetry and Meditation to Self Compassion, Intimacy and Love!
Dr K coaches people to deal with repressed anger, frustration and anxiety.
While traditional meditation helps, expressing painful emotions and feelings can be difficult. Fortunately, for most of his students, journaling has helped.
This interactive workshop will introduce you to the art of expressive writing -a simple yet powerful self-help technique grounded in scientific research.
Dr K will show you how taking just a few minutes to write about deeply felt personal experiences or problems may help you:
