The Coaching process helps bring out the potential in you. This process is done by emotionally connecting your inner purpose and passion to outer goals and strategies to bring about extraordinary and sustainable results.

On this journey, I will guide you to overcome the internal struggles that you face on a daily basis, so you can be set free from the limiting beliefs holding you back from moving forward. Our time together will be inspirational, educational, thought-provoking and very positive. I will help you move away from stereotypical “diets” and unrealistic guidelines and expectations. I will teach you how to trust your intuition and define a clear plan of action to help you create a balanced lifestyle and eliminate the activities that no longer serve you.

I will coach you on how to put YOU first, to love and accept yourself, and to create a lifestyle that raises your vibration and leaves you oozing with confidence, so you can tackle your personal heath goals and ANY other goals you may want to accomplish in life!

How does it work?

Awareness and Setting Intentional Goals:

  • Complete an initial questionnaire that is designed to bring awareness to your current lifestyle, true goals and desires, and the main obstacles holding you back from achieving success.
  • Track your normal eating/drinking habits for 1 week.

Your Journey Begins:

  • Discover your limitations and create a weekly action plan for overcoming obstacles.
  • Initial consultation and evaluation of your current state.
  • Pictures and body measurements (optional)

Keep the Momentum Going:

  • You will have a weekly hour-long coaching session to review your progress, re-evaluate your goals, reassess the approach and make sure you are seeing the results you most desire.
  • Each week we will outline an action plan that is specific to you, including practices to heal unconscious emotional blocks and overcome limiting beliefs.
  • You will leave each session with the guidance and accountability you need to be successful.

Succeed! Not only with nutrition but in all aspects of your life.

  • Post evaluation to praise all of the hard work and milestones you have overcome to get to where you are at in this current moment.
