We have added more fitness classes to take your fitness training to a new level.

Our Boot Camps and Fitness Classes are action-packed full of functional strength training, cardio, boxing, core and much more! Our Morning Boot Camp and fitness classes are a great way to start your day fully energized, focused, confident and strong. We also have night classes for you to work off the day and end it feeling complete. Come in for any of our full body conditioning workouts 3-4 days a week and guarantee a jump start in your fitness level. With our team of skilled and motivating instructors there is no goal too high! We have also add a TRI FIT membership for those who want to come in for mainly fitness classes. The rate is only $49 a month for unlimited access to all of your favorite fitness classes!
