Learn how to adapt your yoga practice to your body and move through poses with greater ease. In this workshop we will discover how to work within resistance by using props and breathing techniques to allow poses to feel good for your unique body. Students will be able to access poses in new ways and they will learn to allow and move through resistance to gain greater strength and awareness of their practice, bodies and minds.
