This class series is designed for students who are new to yoga or stuck in their yoga practice. The class makes extensive use of props.
Beginners who might have flexibility challenges will be guided into modified versions of each pose, so that they can relax in the pose and their muscles can soften and elongate.
Intermediate students will learn how to extend the range of motion and duration of the poses safely.
Advanced students find ways to work more deeply in difficult and challenging poses.
At times partner work might be required.
