Joy will guide your physical body into some of the most relaxing and curative restorative poses, while Georgia leads your energetic body into a calmer and quieter place of meditative bliss, both creating space for you to connect to your heart and nourish your soul.
We will be guiding you through a meditation to balance out your seven main chakras- aligning and assisting to help you ground, create, ignite, release, trust, express, clear, and connect.
Chakras are energy centers within the body through which energy flows through. There are seven main chakras that align the spine, starting at the base of the spine, up through the crown of the head. When energy becomes blocked in a chakra, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalances that manifest in symptoms such as anxiety, lethargy, or poor digestion.
Restorative yoga helps you achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation by calming the central nervous system. Props are used to support the body in order to hold the poses for a longer time.
This asana restorative practice and chakra meditation will activate, open, and assist to balance the seven chakras. Connect with the energy centers of the body to remove blocks and heal these areas in your body and in your life.
Journey through heightened awareness of your spiritual and energetic body through with this relaxing and nurturing and healing practice. Let go of built up stress and tension, and Give yourself permission to ease, release and relax on your mat.
