Karma Warriors Kids Yoga Ages: 5-9
Our Kids Karma Warriors yoga workshop includes working with basic yoga poses, and their meanings (plus bonus “challenge” poses), games and inspirational stories that are rooted in Yoga teachings. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, strengthening and connecting with the muscles, and a boost in imagination and creativity!
The goal of this workshop is for kids new to yoga or are familiar with yoga, to be able to begin a lifelong journey of interest in the yoga practice!

$20 per session or $120 for all 6 classes Bring to class: mat
