Mindful Movements and Massage Workshop
This series is a self-care and repair the wear and tear that occurs as a result of every day life! 
Mindful movements aligned with breath and self-massage techniques using various props to help release tension, stress, and energy congestion.
Each week we will focus on a specific area(head/neck, shoulders/upper back, arms/hands, hips/thighs, ankles/calves, feet too!)  Exploring our way from head to toes.  Come and Find your way to feeling less stressed more relaxed, lighter and brighter in your body.    
Sundays, Sept. 10th- Oct 15th  (NO CLASS SEPT 24th)
11am – 1230pm
Guided by Wendy, 200+RYT Yoga instructor, Licensed massage therapist and a certified Thai Bodyworker
