Sound Healing Meditation
Join Haley and Shawn on 12/9/23. This December will be a night centered around a healing experience through sounds and vibrations. Enjoy this immersive blend of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls.
While enjoying the bowls and gongs vibration with Shawn, Haley will guide you on a journey to shift your mindset and help diminish any mental blocks, along with individualized reiki! This month is all about letting go of the of the last year and invite the light of new hope and possibility in the next year to come. Tonight will be about finding the happiness within.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring yoga mats, pillows, and/or blankets – and be ready for a transformational journey within.
Please plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early as doors will be locked promptly at 6:30. If you are running late, please send a message to 847-714-2829.
