Tribalance Youth Conditioning Class
Our Kid and Tweens Fitness Classes are an excellent way to develop physical competence while giving your kid a strong sense of self-worth and accomplishment. Tribalance youth conditioning classes aim to teach your kid proper form and function on many of the common strength and conditioning drills being taught in youth sport and athletic programs. Our classes focus on developing body awareness and great form, while also developing skills they will need in adulthood, including team work, community and accountability. We are passionate about ingraining solid self care habits, getting our kids off of their devices as much as we can, and teaching them about how to take care of their bodies, minds, and lives!
