Yoga Basics with Kathy
 
This small group workshop is designed for someone who has always wanted to try yoga but doesn’t know where to start. In this workshop you will learn: the foundational poses of yoga, terminology & common cues for poses plus we will explore how to use props to make poses accessible for all bodies.
 
Space is limited so students can get individualized attention.  
April 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
6pm-7:15pm
75 minutes non-heated $20 per class
 
About the instructor- Kathy is a RYT200 from the TriBalance School of Yoga. Her love of a slowed down approach to yoga comes from the healing it gave her body following a trauma ten years ago.
