The largest in the midwest, our beautiful studio is designed to bring a sense of balance the moment you walk in the door. We have four rooms; Body, Mind, Soul, & Spirit in which classes of various sizes and types are held.
TriBalance offers a clean, calm and safe environment that is enhanced by the subtle details of curated lighting, local artwork, recycled materials, fountains, and more. This all comes together to create a unique sense of community and spiritual perspective as you walk through our halls.
TriBalance Hot Yoga
We emphasize quiet mindfulness and meditation as part of a well-balanced practice. You’ll enjoy an intense combo of traditional and therapeutic yoga with our signature class, TriBalance Hot Yoga. Or try one of our other class options like, Yin Flow, Yin, Beginner’s Yoga, Release Yoga class and more.
