If you’ve heard your friends tell you that yoga is relaxing, this is the kind of yoga they were talking about! Restorative yoga is the perfect counter to a busy and draining schedule.  You need to balance yourself out with time to reset and restore. This workshop offers a combination of different restorative yoga poses that will help regulate your nervous system, release stress and tension from your body and your mind and help to boost your immune system and bring your body into a state of balance and bliss.

Join us for a whole lot of relaxing and recovering as Kathy guides you through some of the most rejuvenating and supported restorative poses. You’ll be intelligently and systematically guided to rest in peaceful alignment and leave feeling totally restored and refreshed.

Come join Shawn Buckel to experience the effects of conscious Breath work as we prepare our mind and body for a deep sound meditation.

Shawn will demonstrate and explain the simple yet powerful breathing techniques that will be exercised during the first 10-15 minutes of the session.
Once our energy channels are primed and your mind is intimately connected to self, Sonic frequencies from Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls, Himalayan Singing Bowls, drums and more will permeate every layer of your Being to assist your return to Balance, Alignment, Harmony and peace.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, bring yoga mats, pillows, and/or blankets to make yourself comfy. Avoid eating a large/ heavy meal directly prior.

Blocks and Bolsters will be provided for the seated portion of the breath work, but chairs are available to those who prefer that option.

Join us for a rejuvenating workshop that combines the gentle art of restorative yoga with the healing benefits of therapy ball rolling! This workshop is designed to help you release deep tension, increase mobility, and find relaxation through restorative yoga and self-massage techniques. Using therapy balls, we'll target specific areas to release tightness and stress, followed by restorative yoga poses that support deep relaxation and healing. Rolling can be one of the easiest and fastest ways to shift from a state of high-stress overload back into a calm and relaxed mode. This workshop will be full of ah-ha moments as we take common problematic areas of pain and tightness and use therapeutic approaches with rolling to ease pain, increase range of motion, and improve functional movement.

Everything is connected. Come and feel the healing power of rolling combined with some soul soothing restorative yoga. Whether you're looking to unwind, improve flexibility, or simply reconnect with your body, this workshop is for you. All Levels Welcome. This workshop also qualifies for 2 CEU's with Yoga Alliance.

This workship offers you the unique opportunity to interact with other yogis in a fun and challenging way. We will work in groups to create beautiful shapes using balance, strength, flexibility, and most importantly, trust. Acro gives you the chance to explore components such as core engagement, joint stacking, and maintaining a strong foundation.

Acro is a great way to build a sense of community with fellow yogis. The atmosphere is light-hearted, playful and fun! Feel free to bring a buddy, or come by yourself, as groups will be interchanged so everyone gets a chance to base, fly, and spot.
